These terms apply to your use of the 55Africa website and its general information. They do not create a contract for accommodation, travel, property ownership, investment, or any other service. Any future transaction or service would require its own written agreement with the confirmed legal operator.

Project information and status
The site describes a hospitality and coastal residence vision, including a proposed development context at Randilen in Northern Tanzania. Some projects, facilities, images, plans, timelines, services, and opportunities are conceptual or illustrative and may change, be delayed, or not proceed. Nothing on the site is a booking confirmation, public securities offer, investment recommendation, or guarantee of availability, returns, completion, permits, or outcomes.
